Refund Policy for Jivaca

1. Our Commitment At Jivaca, we are committed to providing the highest quality of professional service to all our clients. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction through diligent and expert handling of your financial and compliance matters. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for the services we provide.

2. General Policy Due to the nature of our services, which involve professional time, expertise, and resources dedicated to your specific needs, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated or rendered. Fees paid for our services are for the professional knowledge, consultation, and work performed.

3. Government Fees Any payments made towards government fees (e.g., fees for company registration, GST filing, stamp duty, etc.) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are paid to government bodies and are not recoverable.

4. Cancellation by Client If you wish to cancel a service for which you have already paid, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation Before Work Commences: If a cancellation request is received in writing before our team has commenced any work on the assignment, we may consider a refund of the professional fee component of your payment. This will be subject to a deduction of a nominal administrative or processing fee.
  • Cancellation After Work Commences: If our team has already started working on your assignment, no refund will be issued for the professional fees paid. In such cases, the client may be liable for the costs of the work already completed.

5. Erroneous Payments In the case of an accidental duplicate payment made by a client for the same service, we will process a full refund of the duplicate amount received, after deducting any payment gateway charges that may have been incurred.

6. Client Satisfaction While refunds are not standard practice, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, we urge you to contact us immediately at vaibhav@jivaca.com. We will investigate the issue and are committed to working with you to find a fair and amicable resolution.

7. Final Discretion All refund and cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Jivaca reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
